This website is operated by R Square IT Support, an IT career guidance and technical support platform founded by Rajneesh Yadav and Rushikesh Bobade, serving learners and professionals in India.
2. A frontend-only website
This website is a static, frontend-only site. It has no user accounts, no login, no database and no server that receives or stores the information you type into its forms.
3. How the enquiry form works
When you complete the contact form and submit it, your browser checks the details and prepares a text message. The website then opens WhatsApp (the app or WhatsApp Web) with that message pre-filled and addressed to our business number.
Nothing is sent to us until you review the message and press send inside WhatsApp yourself. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we do not receive anything.
- Information included in the message: full name, email, phone number, experience, technology, required service and your message.
- The form details are not saved by this website, are not stored in your browser’s local storage, and are cleared when you leave or reload the page.
4. Information we receive and how we use it
If you choose to send us a WhatsApp message, we receive the details you included and your WhatsApp profile information as made visible by WhatsApp. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirement and provide the guidance you ask for.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
5. WhatsApp and other third-party services
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp in line with its own terms and privacy policy. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp and social sharing services open those third-party platforms, which have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run tracking scripts. Fonts and icons are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send your data to third-party font providers.
If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Enquiry conversations you start on WhatsApp remain in that chat. We keep them only for as long as needed to support you, and you may ask us to delete a conversation at any time.

9. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information
Do not send passwords, OTPs, bank details, government ID numbers, or confidential code or documents belonging to your employer. We never ask for such information.

Our services are intended for students and professionals. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before contacting us.
